She enjoys finding vintage textiles and repurposing them in a variety of ways. She often turns an old damaged quilt or wool blanket into pilllows for all seasons.

Downtown Waukesha comes alive with enchantment and merriment during its annual Christmas parade, a beloved tradition that brings the community together in the spirit of the season. The historic streets are lined with eager spectators, their faces lit up with anticipation as the first notes of festive music fill the air. Colorful floats adorned with shimmering lights and marching bands playing joyful melodies all make their way down the snow-dusted avenues. Children’s eyes sparkle with delight as they catch glimpses of Santa Claus waving and candy canes and treats are handed out by cheerful parade participants. The atmosphere of warmth and togetherness is what makes the Christmas parade in Downtown Waukesha a heartwarming and unforgettable experience for all who attend.
