Flippin’ Fabulous Store Policies
Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final.
Payment Policy
Before submitting your payment, please take the time to read the item description in its entirety, including processing times. Orders are processed in the order they’re received.
Custom Orders
Custom orders and personalization requests are always welcome. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please send an email to jessica@flippinfabulousllc.com.
Please allow custom orders up to 14 business days for manufacturing and processing time before the item is shipped
Pre-Orders
All product pre-orders must be paid for at time of checkout if ordering online OR within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.
Rush Orders
If a rush order is desired, please contact me before placing your order to ensure that I can meet the deadline.
A rush order fee will be calculated and sent via invoice, as well as any additional express shipping costs.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will indicate such on the product page. There is also an option to sign up for restock alerts when an item is out of stock. If the product becomes available, the system will send a notification to your email address.
If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible. A full refund for that item will be issued back to your original payment method. You may sign up for a restock notification to be notified when the item is restocked.
Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final and I do not accept order cancellations.
Gift Policies
If the order is a gift, please indicate such in the comments and be sure to update the shipping address for your order.
If you wish to include a special message to the recipient, please include that in the order comments. I will include a hand-written note with the package for no additional charge.
Subscription Box Policies
Due to the nature of my small business, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted for subscription box products or services. You may cancel your subscription box service by sending an email to jessica@flippinfabulousllc.com
Digital Products
Due to the nature of my small business, all digital product downloads are non-refundable. In the event you did not receive a link containing your download, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your inbox or spam folder, please send an email to jessica@flippinfabulousllc.com
Disclosure on product materials used:
Real wood is used to create all of my handmade signs. Depending on the piece, the wood will either be reclaimed or has been purchased new. All wood is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each project is started. Due to the nature of using real wood products, please expect variances in knots, grains, textures, cracks, chips, sap slits, etc. I use the highest quality products that are both eco-friendly and environmentally safe. Wood grains and textures vary which can impact the way the wood accepts the stain. The natural flaws of wood add character to each finished piece, as no two pieces of wood are exactly the same. Your finished product is a beautiful, unique, handcrafted, high-quality item.
Display Settings Disclosure
The colors may vary from the product photos in my online shop due to the display settings you have on your electronic device. I ensure all product descriptions are correct and policy photography best practices are applied to every product listing.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final and I do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final. A refund will only be issued in the event an item you ordered is no longer available.
Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final and I do not accept exchanges.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated using discounted rates and will vary based on size of package, weight, and destination.
Shipping Policy
All in-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days after payment is received. Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons.
Please allow made-to-order items and custom orders up to 14 days for manufacturing and processing time before the item is shipped.
Pre-ordered products will ship out within 7 business days after they are in-stock.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is my preferred carrier for delivery via First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail services.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.
I cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Orders are shipped Mondays-Saturdays. You will receive an email with detailed information, including a tracking number, once your order has shipped.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance is automatically included with USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Each package is insured for its full retail value (up to $100.)

Items Damaged During Shipping
I take great care when packaging my products and use quality packing materials that meet USPS shipping standards in order to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days after you received your order. Please send an email to jessica@flippinfabulousllc.com You may be asked or required to provide photos showing pictures of the box, damage to the items, and/or full details of the damage. Please keep in mind that all packages shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express are insured for their full retail value (up to $100.) and all insured package refunds are issued thru the United States Postal Service in accordance with their policies.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your package, please contact me within 7 days from receiving your order.
Lost Shipments
If your order was shipped via USPS and included insurance, you may file a claim by clicking here or send an email to jessica@flippinfabulousllc.com for further assistance.

Do you accept custom orders or personalization?
- Yes! Custom orders are always welcome. Personalization depends on the product and supplier. Please send an email to jessica@flippinfabuloulls.com for more information.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! Free standard shipping is available on select products on my website. Any products that include free shipping will indicate such in the product listing, and will be reflected at checkout. All products in my Etsy store include free standard shipping.
How often do you run sales or offer discounts/coupon codes?

Subscription Box Frequently Asked Questions/FAQs
Where can I view my subscription history, payments, mailing address, etc?
Customers can login to their account in 1 of 3 ways:
After placing your initial subscription box order, a confirmation email will be sent, which contains a link to access the customer portal. Due to Shopify limitations, the link expires 2 hours after the email was sent.
1. You can create a new account in our Shopify store
2. Login to your existing account.Once logged in, you will see a "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking this button will direct you to a page where you can manage your subscription(s).
3. Visit your subscriptions app and enter your email address and then click on the “Email Magic Link” button. You will receive an email containing a special link (Magic Link) that will allow you to safely login and view subscriptions associated with your email address.
When will my subscription box payment be processed
All initial subscription box order payments are processed on the day the initial order is placed. After the first month’s subscription, all subsequent payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
For example, if you place an initial (your first) order on November 17th, your 1st payment drafts on November 17th. All subsequent subscription box charges will renew automatically and be processed on the 1st of each month (the next payment will draft on December 1st).
How much is shipping for a subscription box?
All subscription box prices include the cost of shipping.
When will my subscription box be shipped?
All subscription boxes are shipped by the 15th of every month. For the month of December, the box is shipped by the 10th of the month due to the holiday rush.
Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?
You may cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel Subscription”. As an alternative, you may temporarily pause your subscription.
I cancelled my subscription and want to re-enroll. What’s the easiest way to restart my membership?
Please visit your account and select “Resume Subscription”.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Yes! During the checkout process, please select “one-time box” and enter the recipient’s name and shipping address. Your payment will be processed immediately after purchase. If you want to purchase a gift subscription that auto-renews, please make sure “one-time box” option is unchecked. Your payment will be processed immediately after purchase. All subsequent payments will draft on the 1st of each month.
Do you allow refunds, returns, or exchanges?
Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted
