This beer bread gourment baking mix is crafted to perfection for a loaf that is as authentic as it is delicious. Just add a local brew, bake, and enjoy!

What You'll Need:

  • Butter for pan
  • 5 Tablespoons of butter - melted
  • 12 oz beer
  • 9x5 loaf pan

Directions:  

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees Farenheit
  2. Thoroughly grease a 9x5 loaf pan
  3. In a medium bowl, gently stir the beer bread mix and beer until combined. Be carefu not to overmix. The batter will be thick and lumpy. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan spreading evenly. Drizze 5 tablespoons melted butter over the batter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 40-45 mins or until the internal temp of the the bread reaches 180 degrees Farenheit. The top will be slightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven. Let rest in pan for at least 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the bread from the pan. Let it coo at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

TIP: You can really use any beer you like for this recipe, but the makers found this their favorites were light beers, such as lager or wheat.
